Good health is perhaps the most important thing in anybody’s life. Without your health, you can’t enjoy the rest of your life and meet the challenges you face every day. Today, we’re going to talk about wellness and how to improve your health and the quality of your life.
Why “Wellness and You” Matters:

A $1 investment in wellness programs saves $3 in healthcare costs, according to the Wellness Council of America.
The worksite is the ideal place for health and wellness programs. Employees spend more than one-half of their waking hours at work.
Analysis of over 30 corporate wellness programs revealed claims costs were reduced by over 20 percent, physician visits declined by over 16 percent, hospital admissions declined by over 62 percent, disability costs reduced by nearly 35 percent, and incidence of injury declined by almost 25 percent.
